An orchard orbweaver (Leucauge venusta) resident in my front yard

The photo is that of a small but conspicuously colored orchard orbweaver. Such spiders are common in Florida, but probably often overlooked given their size. Personally, I did not realize how colorful orbweavers are until I took this photo.
