An elephant's journey halfway home across the Rufiji River

The herd always reunites across the water when the sun goes down, even if the trip through the water means braving crocodiles and hippos. As she emerged out of the deepest part of the water, her trip halfway across the Rufiji River could not have been symbolized more perfectly.
