An alligator napping at Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve

Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve in Louisiana hides as many things as the life of the person who gives its name to the park. It is just 30 minutes far from New Orleans, but once you arrives it feels like you came back on time several centuries. Time that does not pass for this napping alligator.
