A young silverback gorilla in the Virunga mountains of Rwanda.

The silverback Mountain Gorillas of Rwanda are protected by trackers and habituated to a group of daily visitors. After a two-hour hike through the jungle at over 8000', you are allowed to spend one hour in the presence of these magnificent creatures.
