A red Ghost crab in its habitat

Ghost crabs are very shy to approach and disappears with blink of an eye when they feel any unusual movement around them. Sea beaches, particularly that have mangrove habitat, are home to these red Ghost crabs. This crab is seen approaching the sea side with the mangrove habitat in background.
