A portrait of a Mertens' Water Monitor

I took a photo of my friend who cares for the reptile collection at the National Aquarium Australia exhibit. This juvenile Mertens’ water monitor was climbing up her left arm and I snapped a shot as the lizard approached her left ear, which is why you see the her hair on the right side of the photo.
