A leaf leaping lizard in Central Florida

One hot and humid morning in Florida, I noticed a flickering movement in the weeds near a pond. A lizard was leaping from leaf to leaf until it settled near me. It appeared to relax its hind legs, raise its head, and pose while I zoomed in to capture its portrait.
