A white fungus, or frozen sap seeping from this tree in Red Ash in Tennessee.

My husband and I were walking the woods in Red Ash in Tennessee, when we discovered this beauty. I'm not sure if I is frozen sap that oozed out, or a fungi formed from the sap. We found it unusual, and very interesting.
