A Common Kestrel scanning for prey, Island of Texel (NL)

The photo is showing a Common Kestrel scanning the environment (dunes en some meadows) for prey. Whilst doing so the Kestrel is in a habit to 'stand still' in the air - it's called 'preying - cleverly flapping its wings..
