A clear, dark night revealed the Milky Way our galactic home.

My mother's death last year led me to spend some time thinking about my life. A week later I photographed the night sky, something I like to do on clear, dark nights. As I processed the photo, I realized that my mother's Greek name, "Ourania," translates to sky or heaven. I call this picture "Hello Mom!"
