Primary Colors at Play

This picture was taken on my way down from a hike up Silly Mountain in Gold Canyon, Arizona. It is one of my favorite sunsets to date because between the cactus and water colored sky, it screams Arizona. The blend of the colors is so pure and calming, which is what makes sunsets one of my favorite things. You can see the dusk creeping up, threatening to bring darkness, but the colors retaliating together to keep the light alive.
