My yellow labrador enjoying the ride home.

Duke is the oldest dog in our pack of four. He doesn't get out much anymore, so I brought them all to the creek to go swimming today. We live in the desert, so 'creek time' is very special to Duke. He's very much his own, independent dog. At 120 pounds, he dives down to the bottom of the creek to grab rocks with his mouth and deposits them on the bank. This picture was taken on our way home from swimming all day. He loves the wind blowing through his ears as he anxiously awaits his arrival back home. He is happiness and love all bundled into one animal. Every day is the best day to Duke.
