Mr. Toad taking a walk

Climbing either Kipp or Stewart Mountain a friend and I found this amphibian crossing the trail on our hike up. We stopped to take a couple photos then continued our hike to then come across an endangered spruce grouse that followed us all the way to the summit. It was surprisingly a creature filled day because altogether we got to see a toad, spruce grouse, garden snake, painted turtle, and many, many mosquitoes.
