Mount Saint Helens Volcano

On May 18, 1980, Mount Saint Helens Volcano erupted with a massive blast that lasted less than 10 minutes. The sheer power of this eruption changed the shape of the mountain and the surrounding landscape entirely. Today, more then after 3 decades, a new and unique life has being created from the ashes. Volcanic eruptions are the example of the life cycle on the Earth. Mount Saint Helens National Volcanic Monument.
