foggy umbrella

We do not often get heavy fog where I live. If we do, it burns off by the time I get the kids to school. On this particular morning the fog had actually gotten thicker after the morning hustle had concluded. So, I ditched all the errands and grocery shopping and headed to a nearby lake for a little hike. It was so beautiful. I wanted to capture an image but really needed a focal point. All I had with me was my umbrella. I floated it on the water and took a quick snap with my iPhone camera.
