I took this photo on the Saigon River, passing through Nha Rong Wharf, Ho Chi Minh City. In the middle of the lush city is still the quiet life of fishermen. The difference between rich and poor is inevitable, but how to narrow the gap between them is the conscience of the rightful leader.
