Fallen Bird

Often, animals do not survive manmade creations. It is likely that this bird had flown into a plate glass window and fell dead onto a busy sidewalk. It is in our nature to mourn death and this was my small gesture. After taking the photo, I moved the bird onto a bit of grass under a small tree.
