I was very moved to find this scene of my teenager away from his phone, discovering what it is like to just be in nature. The structure of the trees create a sense of movement, but is contrasted by the stillness of this specific moment in time. When I came upon this scene and got ready to take a photo, the colors and the light all just came together to create a memorable moment.
