Backhoe Hydraulic

I grew up in an industrial area in Germany. As a child, I often walked by a steel factory. The machines, vehicles, and buildings dominated the landscape. I tried to find the beauty in the cold, rusty, and mechanical looking world around me. I noticed, if I looked closer I could see designs created by peeling paint and rust that mimicked those found in nature or in paintings. This is a picture of hydraulic hoses of a backhoe.
