After the Monsoon

This young boy enjoys riding his bike and splashing its wheels in the floodwater in front of the half-buried (after lahar flow from the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo in 1991 buried half of the church) San Guillermo Parish Church in Bacolor, Pampanga. The northern area of the Philippines suffered from heavy monsoon rains during the beginning of the month of August and after those wet days, it is just but right to go out and play again.
