Yet another bike ravaged by crime in Philadelphia

My son is a serious cyclist so I tend to notice bikes of all kinds these days. While walking in Philadelphia over the course of several days, I noticed dozens of crime-ravaged bike frames left lying in useless bike locks on the street. This was just one of them.
