where there's smoke there's barbecue

My Dad is who taught me how to barbecue. One of the ways we connect, is we have this thing where we send pictures to each other via text on what were are grilling. He recently had given me a few various hard woods that he had chopped into the perfect size so I could experiment with getting the perfect smoke flavor. I sent several, including this picture.
