The Grandest of Canyons

One day is not enough. One visit is not enough. One needs to spend days consuming all what the Grand Canyon has to offer. This peak from Arizona's South Rim was just a teaser. I'm normally scared of heights and was literally shaking as I approached the rim. Yet, after I had found my legs and a good viewing area to take photographs, I was in heaven. There is so much to take in. The contours, ridges, slopes and colors combine for a mind-bending experience. The vastness is breathtaking. Thankfully the weather was kind and on easter weekend, entrance to the park was free!
