Walking along the beach in Wilmington, North Carolina. It was perfect timing to be walking by just as the birds came flying low just as the waves rolled in.

Tanya, an adult female tiger shark (Galeocerdo cuvier), gives me one of several languid passes - just to be sure I got her good side; the tigers here aren't called "supermodels" for nothing.
