You know those moments where you see something and have to stop, risk a little and capture what you see to share with others? Well, this is one of them. As sixteen wheelers drove at 70 mph in a rainstorm, I couldn't help but pull over, get low to the ground and snap this moment while being soaked by the torrential rains.
