Grandmother - From the mid 1930's to 99 Years Old
At Mount Rushmore For My Boyfriend's Birthday.
This picture was taken with binoculars through the opposite end of the lense. I kept the inner image in color and the outer in black and white to give it a little pop.
childhood is such a great time...hanging your head out the window on a hot, summer night.
I did a little bit of experimenting with binoculars. The lense I had on was a zoom lens set to about 105mm. I shot the picture through the opposite side of the binoculars so the inner picture would be

Loveland, CO taken from the east end, looking west.  Found a nice knoll to catch a warm spring day where we were, while the remnants of snow on the Foothills lingered in the background.
