Rolling Stone Colored Band

This is an old photo I found while looking for historic photos pertaining to Frenchville, PA. I asked around if anyone knew anything about this photo but no one knew. The closest it could come to, there is a bride called the “Rolling Stone bridge” that is near Frenchville, I have no idea if that is the area the picture was taken in or not.
