Remember the Lions

Out with my cameras this day, roaming the countryside. I came upon this sign, Lions Club; a reminder of past importance of community-based clubs and organizations that helped tie communities together. While the Lions Club of Mackinaw, Illinois, may continue to be a vital and thriving organization, the sign reminded me of past glory of many rural towns.
