In a railway yard parallel to Route 22 in Hillside, New Jersey, a roadside memorial sits under a highway overpass. It is coated in fresh dedication. Behind it, the graffiti reads: "HACKIN AND WACKIN AND SN(M?)ACKIN. CHOPPIN THAT MEAT." The New Jersey Food Bank is nearby, and we are also near the borders of Elizabeth and Newark.
