Patriotism in abundance

When I am out shooting I have a certain look or asctetic I am going for. When I saw this flag flying in the wind it felt free and natural. I liked how the wind was moving it as I walked by. I see American flags at almost every house, every street, every store, but just how patriotic are we? What does patriotism mean to these people? It makes you think about these symbols that we use so frequently and what it truly means to us and why we choose to honor certain things.
