Old Wooden Dock Pilings In Portland Maine Harbor
Old wooden dock pilings. I was wondering around the Portland waterfront taking pictures. It was a warm sunny day. I took numerous shots of sailboats, docks, and the old wooden pilings. I liked the textures in this photo. The seaweed, the weathered wood, metal attachments and barnacles. Each post was different and together they formed a strong graphic design. The color of the water and seaweed floating around the post made for a very pleasing picture.
