Neptune's Net, PCH, County Line on Memorial Day 2018
Neptune's Net is a weekend tradition for steamed shrimp and beer! Located on the Pacific Coast Highway on the border between LA and Ventura counties, it overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the surf spot known as County Line, a favorite among short board surfers, though I've surfed the northern point break with my 9 foot long board. As you can see, it's a favorite with weekend bikers and locals. Even foreign tourists, lately many from China, make the pilgrimage up the coast to enjoy this quintessential southern California experience.
