Morning Sunlight

I love the first peeks of sunlight from a brand new day and how the slivers of light just expose glimpses of the nose, ears and body of my dog. It is like he is emerging from the dark shadows like an angel. This is how Cooper entered my life, when I was going through a dark, sad time, first losing my father and after that, my first dog, Max. It was an emotionally tough period, then Cooper came into my life, helped me out of the darkness and helped fill the void in my heart with his unconditional love.
