When Americans talk about our Embassies and Consulates overseas, they may not realize that the majority of employees are foreign nationals. At the U.S. Consulate General in Chiang Mai, Thailand, the "Eagles" are a mix of U.S. and Thai employees who practice on the grounds after work.
