Laura, A Creole Plantation

My husband and I were lucky enough to travel to New Orleans, LA. During that trip, we visited 2 plantations. It was an experience we will never forget. This photo I felt I was seeing what people in that time saw as the plantations have been restored, not remodeled. It added so much to the experience. Such beauty in such sorrow.
