Summer time family tradition. Cave City watermelon on the back porch with granddaughter.
Papaw and granddaughter enjoying watermelon. Feel like this is a southern american tradition. My granddaughter loves her watermelon. Every year we go get a Cave City watermelon one of the best kind, and we sit on the back porch, cut up the watermelon and enjoy a piece or two. Then we share with out neighbor and who ever else comes by. I have pictures of her every year of her life digging into a piece of watermelon. This is our American tradition.
