Illuminations

Christmas is my favorite time of year. There is so much hope, joy and family that one can easily forget about the dark times. This decoration outside of our home represents just that. A small light that pierces the darkness. When that small light is joined by another the darkness seems to get pushed aside. The glow of each light in this picture is a reflection of the season. A light in a darkened world.
