Home on the Range

As night falls on the National Elk Refuge in Jackson, Wyoming. It appears everyone is tucked in for the night. If you look in the distance to the left, you will see a herd of elk grazing on patches of grass peeking through the snow. The only light left on at the base of these mountains is the reading light of the care-taker after a long hard day of work on the range.
