In the United States, the non-medical use of cannabis is decriminalized in 13 states (plus the U.S. Virgin Islands), and legalized in another 9 states (plus the District of Columbia), as of January 2018. In 2012, Washington became the first U.S. state to legalize recreational use of marijuana. With twenty years old for sure I would have been an enthusiast of all this. Now with more than forty, it seems a great advance, but it is not my thing.
