Happy Mardi Gras!

Every year, New Orleans, Louisiana celebrates Mardi Gras. Locals (and visitors) join social organizations called "krewes" which parade throughout New Orleans. According to city ordinance, all riders must be masked. This is a member of the Krewe of Ponchartrain throwing beads to the crowd.
