An oyster buoy, washed up on the shore of Kauai, a remnant of the 2011 Japan tsunami.

Oyster buoys are know to sometimes wash up on the beach on the Island of Kauai after taking a six year trip across the ocean from Japan after the 2011 tsunami there.
