Exploring the Presque Isle river in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, I spotted these stumps in the river.
I was in a local park in town three days ago. I thought this little bug looked interesting and I took a picture of it just before it flew away.
I was in a local conservatory park in town (in Jakarta, Indonesia) when suddenly an iguana running toward my feet. Wasted no time, I snapped a shot before it ran away.
Walking along the Minnesota river, I spotted this cone in the snow.

Braving the snow
I call this photo "Wild Sunset." I was out walking one day in the woods and suddenly I saw the incredible sky. I took out my camera and framed the photo with trees.
