Venice in Contrast
Venice is not only sinking or a city of no roads, it's just as gorgeous as you might - or might not - have imaged. The architecture, the windowscapes, the foot bridges, the water and - of course - the gondolas are picturesque. On a bright and sunny day, Venice is magical. It is truly unique. The simple story behind this photo is that the original didn't turn out well. It had a foggy blur across the bottom, so I thought why waste it? I played with the contrast, color and hue. Afterward, it became a photo I actually liked. I thought it looked artsy, plus I enjoyed the color contrast.
