Tribute

A pelican sitting on the berm in Naples, FL. We had learned the previous day that pelicans on the berm were a rarity and if they were spotted, it was not a good sign. It meant that they were either old or sick and would not likely make it more than a week or two. While he was beautiful and it was neat to have him so close, I could not help but feel sadness for what is being there meant.
