The Party Dress
Her toes flailed beneath the water, the skirt of her red dress becoming weightless beneath the waves. She could feel as the air bubbles beneath the water rose to the surface, creating small splashes. The smile that began to creep across her sweet innocent face was worth any grief she may receive later. For submerging yourself in the water, while wearing your party dress was certainly frowned upon.
