Mistress of Copper Mountain
The image of nanotopography of indium phosphide porous (photo collage). The crystal was processed by electrochemical etching in a hydrofluoric acid solution. As a result, on the surface was formed an extensive system of pores and nanoclusters. The photos of nanostructures were obtained in scanning electron microscope JSM-6490 by the researchers of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. The increase is 650 times. The obtained patterns are of great practical importance, as they can be used as raw material for photovoltaic devices.
