Golden Summer Palace
Sights like these are truly rare, and it's highly unlikely that people who go to see the Summer Palace will ever get to see it like this. The scenery here at the palace got more interesting as soon as the sun was gone and the fog began clearing, just enough for me to take the landscape shots I'd wanted. This moment in particular gave me the chills, in a good way. After positioning myself and shooting away, those seconds after pressing down at the shutter would feel like an eternity as I reminisced about all the times I would come to see the Summer Palace by myself in the past.
