National Toy Train Museum
300 Paradise Lane, Ronks, PA 17572 - United States
Museum Day Hours of Operation: 10:00 am ‐ 5:00 pm
The museum houses what is believed to be the largest publicly exhibited toy and model train collection in the United States. There are over 100 different manufacturers represented from the 1800s to the present. There are rare, unusual and specialty trains. There are 6 operating layouts to include an all LEGO layout. There is a theater, gift shop and research library.
Special exhibits, such as Harry's Hardware Store window and this Lionel Dealer's Exhibit, present unusual arrangements of vintage trains.
We portray toy trains arranged by themes, such as old and rare historical ones, or by track gauges, many as they might be in actual use in someone's own layout. Such layouts may be large and quite complex, requiring dedicated care and maintenance.
