Though often overlooked, women played an important role in many of the region's iconic industries such as silk mills, Bethlehem Steel, and Dixie Cup. Our 2022 special exhibition, “Beyond Rosie and Rivets: Industrial Women of the D&L Corridor,” incorporates photographs, tools, uniforms, and other artifacts that celebrate the the stories of women whose work helped drive the industrial development of our region.
Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
