The Museum of Fine Arts has a collection that spans 5,000 years with over 20,000 pieces of art from around the world, allowing visitors to explore all the stories of art from antiquity to contemporary. Exhibits

"This is Not a Selfie: Photographic Self-Portraits from the Audrey and Sydney Irmas Collection" explores a broad range of approaches to the art of self-portraiture.

"Recent Acquisitions" celebrates wonderful gifts to the Museum from new and established donors, providing new opportunities to interpret the history of art through our comprehensive collection of prints, paintings, photographs, drawings, decorative arts and sculpture.
